About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver technical and non‑technical support to business and end‑consumer customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
Enter data, draft status reports, and conduct research to troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Degree or diploma in a related field.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90 % accuracy.
Fluent English (C1) with excellent grammar.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night.
Proactive, quick learner, and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
