People Operations Manager – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

About the role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager who will own the systems and processes that ensure every CrossBoundary team member is paid accurately, on time, and has clear visibility of their compensation and benefits across all jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement global payroll workflows, tools and cross‑functional processes.
- Run the monthly payroll cycle for all employees worldwide.
- Administer the company’s compensation structure and manage benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain a global benefits package and a regular compensation review cycle.
- Provide strategic guidance on reward and support policies as the organization scales.
Required profile
- Proven experience in payroll, compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a multi‑jurisdictional environment.
- Ability to design HR systems and translate high‑level goals into operational blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
