Pharmaceutical Technologist (Sales and Procurement)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmaceutical Technologist to lead sales and procurement activities for our pharmaceutical portfolio. The role involves driving business with hospitals, retailers, NGOs and government bodies while managing supplier sourcing, tender submissions and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop new business with hospitals, retailers, NGOs and government institutions.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier sourcing and product sampling.
• Coordinate importation and logistics processes.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions.
• Oversee inventory, stock control and warehouse records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmaceutical Technologist with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales, procurement or distribution.
• Experience with tendering, importation, procurement and inventory management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
