Powder Spraying Workshop Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Powder Spraying Workshop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our powder‑spraying workshop. The role ensures production targets, quality standards and safety regulations are consistently met while optimizing manpower and equipment utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the spray drying process, slurry preparation, tower operation, powder conveying and post‑blending to achieve production plans.
• Monitor critical quality parameters such as slurry concentration, temperature, moisture content, bulk density and particle size.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality departments to maintain smooth production flow.
• Oversee equipment inspection, preventive maintenance scheduling and corrective actions with the Engineering team.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead and train operators, technicians and production assistants, managing shift manpower and performance.
• Track raw material consumption, support inventory reconciliation and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM and 5S.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in detergent powder or chemical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
