Print Operations Associate

About the role

Savvital is seeking an experienced Print Operations Associate to support a U.S.-based client in the promotional products, branded merchandise and commercial printing space. This specialized operational role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of print and promo orders, from sourcing and quoting to production tracking and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage customer orders from request through delivery, maintaining accurate data on SKUs, quantities, specifications, artwork and fees.
• Research and source products based on client specifications, turnaround times and budgets, comparing vendor pricing and identifying alternatives.
• Act as the primary liaison with suppliers and decorators, handling RFQs, production requirements, artwork revisions and invoice discrepancies.
• Oversee production workflows, including proof approvals, various imprint methods (screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving) and shipping schedules.
• Issue purchase orders, generate order documentation, assist with basic accounting reconciliation and keep digital files organized within ERP systems such as Sage or PrintPLANR.

Required profile

• Direct experience with promotional product distributors, commercial printers, screen printers, embroidery shops or print brokers.
• Hands‑on experience with industry ERP and sourcing databases (Sage, PrintPLANR preferred; ASI, ESP or PromoStandards a plus).
• Strong understanding of setup charges, proof approvals, lead times, decoration methods, artwork requirements and freight logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for interaction with U.S. vendors and internal teams.
• Self‑driven problem‑solver who can independently follow up on issues and ensure deadlines are met.
