Product Coordinator – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Product Coordinator to join our Warehouse & Logistics group and help drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets. This operational role sits at the intersection of program management and product marketing, ensuring product content and marketing materials meet M‑KOPA standards before reaching internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple device programs simultaneously, including new product launches, operational improvement projects, and a 12‑month forward‑rolling product roadmap.
• Maintain program trackers, assign action items, send weekly status updates, and coordinate meetings across internal teams and external partners.
• Follow up on certification requirements, collect documentation from ODM partners and test labs, and maintain a central repository of regulatory documents for each device and market.
• Assist in creating playbooks for local regulatory approval processes in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.
• Drive go‑to‑market planning with local sales teams, align launch timings, and coordinate testing schedules for device locking programs and firmware.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating multiple concurrent programs or projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across supply‑chain, marketing, sales, and external partners.
• Familiarity with certification and regulatory processes for electronic devices.
• Ability to track progress, flag risks early, and communicate updates clearly.
