About the role
The Program Manager will lead the implementation of the flagship AIM program under the MasterCard Foundation partnership for BRAC Kenya. Reporting to the Head of Programs and working closely with the global technical team, this full‑time role is based at BRAC Kenya’s regional office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and contextualise integrated programming for adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) across target communities.
- Oversee BRAC and partner staff to ensure effective coordination of multi‑sectoral interventions.
- Manage stakeholder coordination, building partnerships with local organisations and ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery.
- Lead overall implementation of the integrated program, including adaptation of the operations manual.
- Recruit, train and supervise program staff, and manage participant selection, profiling and training processes.
- Establish safe‑spaces for AGYW and oversee delivery of life‑skills coaching, entrepreneurship support and other intervention packages.
Required profile
- Dynamic, self‑motivated and competent professional with proven experience in programme management.
- Experience designing and implementing integrated programmes for youth, particularly AGYW.
- Strong ability to manage and coach implementation staff and coordinate with multiple partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent coordination, advocacy and networking skills within a non‑profit context.
