Property & Facilities Manager

About the role

The Property & Facilities Manager will combine tenant and landlord relationship management with full responsibility for building maintenance, service delivery and operational efficiency. Working in a fast‑paced real‑estate environment, you will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to keep properties compliant and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management and administration of residential properties, including tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals and exit processes.
• Handle tenant and landlord enquiries professionally and support rent collection, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate property records, tenant files and lease documentation, and conduct regular property inspections.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security and general works.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality, cost control and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements across all properties.
• Respond promptly to facilities‑related issues and maintain maintenance schedules, service records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in property management or facilities management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work well within a team.
• Must be based in Nairobi.
