Property Management Account Manager

About the role

This fully remote position is for an experienced property management professional who will own a diverse portfolio of residential units in Kenya. You will act as the primary point of contact for both clients and tenants, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and fostering strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client and tenant communications, responding promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations of an assigned portfolio, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage a portfolio ranging from 70 to 350 units, with growth targets based on performance.
• Coordinate workflows and supervise virtual assistants, ensuring accountability and quality.
• Identify and resolve complex or unusual operational issues that fall outside standard procedures.
• De‑escalate conflicts calmly while preserving positive relationships.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management roles such as Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or Property Manager.
• Proven ability to oversee daily property operations and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supervising remote team members or virtual assistants.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
