Provider Network Development & Activation Officer

About the role

The Provider Network Development & Activation Officer will drive the expansion of Accord’s digital health platform across Kenya. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and activating a wide range of healthcare providers, ensuring they adopt and regularly use the platform to improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach pharmacies, doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, radiology centres and other providers within assigned counties.
• Present the value proposition of the Accord Platform and guide providers through registration, documentation and verification.
• Match providers with the appropriate Accord product or package based on their business needs.
• Deliver training to providers and their staff on platform usage.
• Support newly onboarded providers during the initial adoption phase to ensure active usage.
• Maintain strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for provider queries.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, business development, or provider engagement within the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
