Recruiter – Household Staffing Specialist

About the role

Sattta Human is building a trusted, high‑touch household staffing service in Nairobi. As a Recruiter / Supply Executive you will create a ready‑to‑deploy talent pool of nannies, house helps, cooks, drivers and other household professionals, ensuring families receive verified profiles quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Source household professionals through referrals, community networks, training institutes, digital channels, job boards and local partnerships.
• Conduct structured screening for experience, role fit, availability, salary expectations, communication, reliability and household‑readiness.
• Coordinate identity checks, references, police‑clearance/background checks, skills assessments and candidate consent with approved verification partners.
• Create and maintain complete candidate profiles in the ATS, updating document expiry and status.
• Match candidates to family requirements and deliver 3‑5 relevant profiles within agreed turnaround times.
• Arrange interviews, practical assessments, offer discussions and onboarding documentation, ensuring candidates understand duties, hours, pay and conditions.
• Maintain regular contact with placed workers, capture early warning signs and support retention or replacement cases.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in frontline, blue‑collar, hospitality, caregiving, domestic staffing or high‑volume service hiring.
• Strong local sourcing ability in Nairobi and surrounding counties, using referrals, WhatsApp/community groups and institutional partnerships.
• Good interviewing judgement to assess availability, job‑fit, reliability and service attitude.
• Comfortable working with ATS/CRM tools, candidate documentation, trackers and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent English and Kiswahili communication skills; professional and respectful with workers from varied backgrounds.
• High ownership, follow‑through and integrity handling personal documents and sensitive information.
