Remote Appointment Setter – Lead Qualification & Scheduling

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing our products and services, qualifying leads, and securing qualified meetings for the sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company and its offerings in a professional, engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by uncovering needs, interest, and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain follow‑up with prospects to minimise no‑shows and nurture future opportunities.
• Record all interactions, prospect details, and activities accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate calendars between prospects and sales representatives.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect objections and common customer needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Target‑oriented, persistent, and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
