About the role

Join RecXchange, a global recruiter collaboration platform, as an independent remote recruiter. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client roles and focusing on sourcing top talent for a variety of international vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the RecXchange platform to view and select active global vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates into ongoing hiring processes.
• Collaborate with other recruiters on the platform when needed.
• Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication with hiring managers.
• Earn placement fees for each successful hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in agency, freelance, or in‑house settings.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Motivation to generate placements on a commission basis.
