Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations at our Chiromo Lane location. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, stepping in on the floor during peak periods.
• Maintain and enforce sanitation, food‑handling and liquor‑law compliance.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules and performance to meet service and financial goals.
• Lead, coach and develop the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and contribute to budgeting processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a fine‑dining or upscale Indian restaurant, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong understanding of employee roles and ability to perform duties in their absence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Understanding of local, state and federal liquor laws.
