About the role
Sarova Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Sales Account Manager to represent Sarova Woodlands Hotel & Spa and Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. You will be the face, voice and deal-closer, turning conversations into confirmed business. The goal is to grow room nights, meetings and events, and F&B revenue by building strong relationships, negotiating smart and consistently beating targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with corporate and commerce clients and turn them into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate deals and close business for the hotel and game lodge.
- Grow room nights, meetings and events, and F&B revenue.
- Work with colleagues, influence without drama and delegate appropriately.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Business (a sales option or minor is a plus).
- At least 4 years of experience in the service industry; hotel marketing and sales experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding of the corporate and commerce space.
- Natural relationship builder: confident, upbeat, presentable and comfortable talking to decision-makers.
- Very mobile and ready to travel locally and overseas.
