Sales Administrator – Engineering/Industrial Equipment

About the role

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team of an engineering‑led supplier of pumping systems and industrial equipment. This on‑site role ensures smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and organise sales clinics for the sales management team.
• Handle administrative tasks, including reconciliation of sales reports and preparation of legal correspondence.
• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries for field visits and exhibitions.
• Support planning and execution of sales events, trade shows and campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, finance and other departments.
• Perform data mining of prospective clients and assign leads in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles within an engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
