About the role

Join Itika's dynamic retail team in Nairobi's Westlands as a Sales Associate, delivering personalized styling advice and ensuring seamless sales experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with personalized styling and product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, card and mobile money payments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep stock organized.
  • Track inventory, flag low stock items and support restocking activities.
  • Build relationships with repeat clients and follow up on their needs.
  • Support pop‑up events and in‑store activations.
  • Occasionally assist with content capture (photos and videos) for social media.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation on a daily basis.

Required profile

  • Mid‑level experience with at least two years in retail sales.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and product knowledge.
