Sales Executive – Real Estate (30K + 25% commission)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing player in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and direct outreach.
• Promote and sell the company’s real‑estate properties to prospective clients, conduct presentations, site visits and client meetings.
• Negotiate sales agreements, close property deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing professional advice on property options, pricing and market trends.
• Monitor real‑estate market trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate market and sales processes.
• Valid driving licence (advantageous).
