Sales Personnel

About the role

Ultra Promo Limited is looking for a motivated Sales Personnel to develop and execute sales strategies, acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the Managing Director and cross‑functional teams to drive business growth in the Westlands area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets and report daily performance.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Deliver quality samples for client approval before production.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure client specifications are met.
• Develop market awareness of company products within the target market.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and prospecting activities.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships professionally.
• Plan weekly sales visits and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong track record in sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong prioritising, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet expectations and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
