About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to promote our animal feed products in the Westlands area. The role focuses on developing new business, building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets within the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the animal feed market.
- Present product benefits, negotiate terms and close sales.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular follow‑up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or animal nutrition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Residency in Kenya with knowledge of the Westlands market.
