Sales Representative – Electrical, Power Backup & Solar Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth of our electrical, power backup and solar solutions portfolio. You will work directly with businesses, contractors and developers in Nairobi, building relationships and closing deals that support Kenya’s transition to reliable, renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Sell solar panels, inverters, UPS systems, batteries and other power backup solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients such as property developers, institutions and contractors.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• 2–3 years proven sales experience, preferably in electrical, solar or power‑backup solutions.
• Strong field sales and business development background with a track record of meeting targets.
