Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join Votalink Brands Limited in Westlands, Kenya. The role involves promoting our retail and FMCG product range, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in a field‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales reports and keep accurate records of transactions.
• Travel to client locations using a motorbike as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Valid Class A motorbike riding licence.
• Certificate of good conduct (or application).
• Recommendation letters from a religious leader and area chief.
• Physically fit and able to work independently in the field.
• High level of integrity and reliability.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused relationship management.
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
