Sales Representative – Solar B2B (Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing solar solutions team in Nairobi. The role focuses on B2B sales of solar products, helping businesses choose the right technology to meet their energy needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products and solutions.
• Respond to inquiries, provide detailed product information, and prepare quotations.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records, and follow up on leads.
• Organise product displays and showroom arrangements.
• Provide after‑sales support and promote the company’s solar portfolio through various channels.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical or electronics products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work against sales targets.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
