Sales Team Lead – Real Estate

About the role

The client is a leading real‑estate firm seeking a results‑driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will supervise the sales team, nurture client relationships and ensure compliance with sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
• Coach, mentor and motivate sales executives to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews and develop sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, present properties and manage client meetings.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and maintain CRM data.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotional campaigns and property launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking.
