Sales Tender Support Officer

About the role

The Sales Tender Support Officer will play a pivotal role in managing the end‑to‑end tendering process for our manufacturing and warehousing operations. You will work closely with the sales, procurement and business development teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare professional quotations, proposals and tender documentation in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs for bids.
• Monitor tender portals and e‑procurement platforms for new opportunities.
• Track deadlines, follow‑up on pending information and ensure compliance with tender specifications.
• Support negotiation and clarification stages with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales support, tendering, procurement or business development.
• Strong understanding of the tendering and bidding process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
