Senior Benefits Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to lead and enhance our U.S. benefits administration processes. The role is fully remote and involves mentoring team members, configuring electronic enrollment platforms, and ensuring accurate data integration with brokers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and train Benefit Analysts to build team capability.
• Configure and maintain electronic benefits enrollment systems and manage data feeds.
• Troubleshoot system errors, collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Monitor ACA compliance, generate 1095‑C forms and support IRS e‑filing.
• Support annual benefits renewal, update plan designs, rates and eligibility rules.
• Prepare custom reports for management, vendors and clients.
• Administer FSA, HSA and 401(k) plans and provide guidance on PrismHR configurations.
• Act as escalation point for complex benefit inquiries and deliver superior customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration or HRIS systems.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (high proficiency).

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of PrismHR configuration and administration.
