Senior Benefits Analyst – US Market

About the role

The Senior Benefits Analyst leads the Benefit Administration team, mentoring analysts and overseeing paper‑less enrollment platforms for the US market. You will ensure accurate data flows, compliance, and system performance while supporting complex benefit inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide call monitoring, mentorship, and training for Benefit Analysts.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for payroll audits, benefit deductions, and corrections.
• Configure and maintain electronic benefits enrollment platforms and related data integrations.
• Manage data feeds with carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve data discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor ACA compliance, generate 1095‑C forms, and handle IRS e‑filing.
• Support annual benefits renewal, updating plan designs, rates, and eligibility rules.
• Provide escalation support for complex benefit inquiries and phone support.
• Prepare custom reports for management, vendors, and clients.
• Configure and administer FSA, HSA, and 401(k) plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration or HRIS systems.
• Strong background in customer service and problem‑solving.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively.
