Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Strategy function. You will partner with C‑suite executives, oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and cash‑flow operations, and drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, capital investments and multi‑year strategic plans.
• Direct annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial modeling to support operational decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis of KPIs, margins and cost drivers to optimise performance.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare board packs, statutory reports and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cash‑flow planning, liquidity forecasting, debt management and working‑capital optimisation.
• Supervise core accounting functions including AP, AR and payroll processing.
• Drive process improvement and automation across accounting workflows and ERP integrations.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or MBA) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in a senior manager role.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and risk‑management capabilities.
