Tax Manager

About the role

BETIKA is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax strategy, compliance, planning and governance across the Group. The role will oversee domestic and cross‑border tax matters, provide strategic advice to business leaders and coordinate with country finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group‑wide tax strategies, policies and governance standards.
• Oversee accurate and timely tax computations, returns, payments and reconciliations across all entities.
• Manage international tax and transfer‑pricing matters, including intercompany transactions and documentation.
• Advise on tax implications of market entry, investments, financing, contracts and business initiatives.
• Oversee current and deferred tax calculations, provisions and disclosures for entity and Group reporting.
• Coordinate tax audits, assessments and disputes with tax authorities, legal and external advisors.
• Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and guide implementation of compliance requirements, including betting, gaming and excise taxes.
• Strengthen tax controls, systems and reporting processes while building capability within country finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA‑K or ACCA certification with membership in ICPAK or ACCA UK.
• Training in international taxation and transfer pricing.
• At least five years of relevant experience, focusing on tax compliance, planning and advisory.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating tax matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience using ERP systems.
