Senior Human Resource Leader

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR professional to lead our People & Culture function. In this role you will shape talent strategy, oversee end‑to‑end HR operations and ensure full statutory compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent pipeline development and change‑management initiatives.
• Drive organizational development, performance culture, inclusion and growth.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end recruitment, employer branding and proactive sourcing for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and legally sound resolutions.
• Maintain strict compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Implement performance review frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, balanced scorecards) and competitive total‑reward programs.
• Supervise daily HR operations, payroll review and HRIS data integrity.
• Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior manager or head of HR role.
• Deep knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory compliance.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyse HR data and generate reports.
