About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nairobi. This internship provides hands‑on experience in HR operations while supporting people‑focused initiatives across the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations and duties.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent & Culture team.
- Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing, screening, and arranging candidate interviews, and maintaining application records.
- Assist with HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Handle employee requests related to policies, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Learn and apply HR best practices.
- Perform general office duties and any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, actively seeking HR experience.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong multitasking capability with high attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for talent management and human resources.
