About the role
The Senior Lead – HR Shared Services & Benefits will support the day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits, wellness programmes, occupational health, and mobility operations for M‑KOPA. Working closely with the Global Mobility & Benefits Manager, this role ensures consistent delivery of employee support services, accurate benefits administration, vendor coordination, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programmes, including medical insurance, pension and welfare schemes; manage enrolments, updates, exits and benefit changes.
- Process claims, resolve benefit queries and coordinate escalations with providers and brokers.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and support annual benefits reviews and utilisation monitoring.
- Act as first point of contact for occupational health and safety queries; coordinate medical examinations, work‑injury administration and WIBA claim processes.
- Maintain injury logs, incident records and support DOSH reporting and safety compliance.
- Coordinate quarterly wellness activities, health campaigns, gym partnerships and monitor participation rates.
- Support employee relocation, international assignment logistics, visa and work‑permit documentation.
- Conduct benefits onboarding sessions and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR shared services, benefits administration or related HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, occupational health processes and wellness programme coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global HR teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
