About the role
We are seeking a Senior Lead for HR Shared Services to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. The role will oversee the delivery of accurate, compliant HR services while partnering with global and market‑level teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day HR Shared Services operations, ensuring timely execution of employee records, contracts, payroll input coordination, off‑boarding and employee relations cases.
- Manage workload allocation, prioritisation, and operational follow‑through, maintaining service standards, KPIs and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal and HRIS teams to align timelines, approvals and documentation.
- Ensure employee records are complete, accurate and compliant; conduct regular audits and drive data‑quality initiatives.
- Oversee contract issuance, renewals, amendments and probation administration, maintaining proper documentation in HR systems.
- Coordinate monthly payroll input readiness, managing timelines and data integrity.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience leading HR Shared Services or similar operational functions.
- Proven ability to govern service delivery, manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, data governance and risk controls in HR contexts.
- Track record of continuous process improvement and KPI management.
