Senior Network Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, maintain and support a growing enterprise network infrastructure for Tatu City. You will work within a dedicated engineering team to deliver scalable, secure and highly available network solutions that meet business objectives and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN and QoS services.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patches and security configurations.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity, and conduct trending analysis.
• Provide Level‑2/3 troubleshooting and support for complex network issues.
• Apply change‑management procedures and ensure proper documentation of network changes.
• Collaborate with security teams to select and implement security tools, policies and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and internal IT staff to resolve incidents and optimise the network.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data from multiple sources and prioritize faults.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with managers, technical leads and customers.
• Ability to work on a 24×7 on‑call rota.
• B.Sc. degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, HCNA, CCNP, CCIE or CISSP.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with BGP, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), ISIS and OSPF in both IPv4 and IPv6 environments.
• Proficiency configuring routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN and QoS.
• Familiarity with FTTH technologies, Huawei OLT, Mikrotik, Juniper and Huawei networking equipment.
• Knowledge of network security tools and procedures.
