Service Planner – Pest Control

About the role

The Service Planner will coordinate pest‑control service delivery for the East Africa branch, ensuring that all scheduled visits, installations and removals are executed efficiently. This position supports the manager and service supervisors to optimise routing, minimise downtime and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage service routing and planning, updating schedules to minimise time wastage and maximise productivity.
• Enter and capture all service activities, installations, withdrawals and terminations in the ICABS system promptly.
• Provide professional customer service, handling calls, enquiries and sales opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support contract renewal and price‑increase processes by drafting and distributing correspondence.
• Participate in monthly reporting, tracking complaints, terminations, certifications, joiners and leavers, and ensure accurate filing of contracts.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in any business discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in service planning, operations coordination or administration, preferably in pest control.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols related to pest‑control operations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, supervisors and management.
