About the role
We are looking for a reliable Professional Driver to join RapidGrowth Workforce Partners in Nairobi. The role involves transporting passengers or goods safely and efficiently, while complying with company standards and local traffic regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to transport passengers or deliver items on time.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation to avoid delays and congestion.
- Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and delivery documentation.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and ensure regular servicing.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver or courier.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic laws, and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong time‑management, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
