About the role
KIKA Power & Construction Limited is looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead on‑site operations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kenya. The role is based in Nairobi with deployment to project sites nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, manage labour forces and coordinate subcontractors.
- Interpret structural drawings and ensure strict quality control (QA/QC) in line with ministry standards.
- Enforce NCA building regulations, DOSHS safety rules, and NEMA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate site diaries and provide weekly progress and budget updates.
Required profile
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or IEK.
- Valid NCA Construction Site Supervisor accreditation.
- 5–10 years of experience managing Kenyan road works, infrastructure, or commercial builds.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
