General Laborer

About the role

We are looking for a General Laborer to perform manual labour tasks and support operations on construction sites. The role involves keeping worksites clean and safe by collecting trash, debris and other waste, as well as handling power tools and materials. If you enjoy tough, important work and can follow strict safety rules, we would like to meet you.

Key responsibilities

• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material.
• Assist welders, carpenters, painters and other tradespeople on‑site.
• Handle and transport materials such as cement and equipment like drills, grinders and forklifts.
• Use power tools and machinery when needed.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions for tasks such as digging and stacking goods.
• Put up warning signs and cones for vehicles and passersby.
• Help set up and move temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• Good stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads.
• Strong concentration on tasks and commitment to safety rules.

Required skills

• Power tools operation (saws, drills, grinders).
• Forklift operation.
