Site Foreman

About the role

Starck Kenya Limited is seeking a full‑time Site Foreman to lead daily operations at its Watamu site. The role combines supervision of construction activities with hands‑on support for interior transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, assign tasks to tradespeople and monitor progress.
• Manage materials, equipment and tools to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to quality standards.
• Communicate with project managers and clients, resolve site issues and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Support interior transformation work, including basic carpentry and routine maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading site teams.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and tools used in interior construction.
• Strong communication abilities for interaction with crew, contractors and clients.
• Practical carpentry and interior finishing knowledge.
• Maintenance skills for troubleshooting minor site and equipment issues.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to enforce safe work practices.
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in construction, fit‑out or interior renovation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work plans with strong attention to detail.
