About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that resonates with our audience across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts to create captivating multimedia.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Basic graphic‑design skills for creating static social posts.
