Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our community across multiple platforms. This full‑time role is based in Nairobi and supports our healthcare and lab‑equipment supply business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Manage day‑to‑day content publishing, scheduling, platform optimisation, and community interactions.
• Conceptualise, shoot, edit and publish high‑quality photo and video content, including Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, blogs and website articles, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and audience feedback promptly.
• Track key metrics, prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events and broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in social media management.
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Proven ability to create and edit photo and video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting on social media performance.
