Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the college’s digital presence, creating and executing campaigns that attract prospective students and promote programmes, events, and campus life. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on content creation to grow engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns on social media, Google, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and related channels.
• Produce engaging videos, graphics, captions and stories that showcase student experiences and college offerings.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and enquiries promptly, and grow the online audience.
• Generate qualified leads, track enquiries through admission, and collaborate with the Admissions team.
• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure all digital communications reflect the college’s brand, values and professional image.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or Business.
• At least 12 months of experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
