About the role
The Traffic & Creative Operations Intern supports the Head of Traffic in keeping creative and marketing projects moving smoothly from brief to delivery. This hands‑on role is ideal for an organised, detail‑oriented individual eager to learn how a creative team operates across brand, product, carbon and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the project tracking board daily, follow up on feedback, approvals and missing inputs, and provide end‑of‑day updates to the Head of Traffic.
- Check incoming briefs against the intake checklist, request missing information, log new requests and attach relevant materials.
- Conduct first‑line quality checks on creative assets for typos, correct sizes, logos and legal lines, and turn review feedback into clear action lists.
- Document decisions from stand‑ups and stakeholder meetings, organise final files by market and product, and maintain version control.
- Compile weekly summaries of completed, overdue jobs and turnaround times to support traffic reports and capacity planning.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Trello is a plus.
