Software Implementation Consultant – GRC Solutions

About the role

Join Revival Software (Kenya) as a Software Implementation Consultant and help clients deploy Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. You will configure, train, and support users to ensure successful adoption and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the GRC software to meet each client’s specific requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
• Guide clients in using reporting and analytics tools for actionable insights.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customisations, and processes.
• Communicate new releases, features, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure timely delivery, and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in software implementation and deployment.
• Consulting background with strong client‑facing skills.
• Project planning or management experience (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and training abilities.
• Experience with GRC software is a plus.
