Software QA Engineer

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a dedicated Software QA Engineer to join its Shared Engineering Services team. You will ensure the quality and reliability of cutting‑edge simulation products across multiple platforms, contributing to the Quality Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of QA independently, from requirement review to test execution.
• Identify potential issues early, conduct research, and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and applications engineering throughout the software lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and automated tests aligned with user stories and requirements.
• Design and execute functional, stress, and performance test cases to validate software robustness.
• Perform manual and automated test execution, documenting results meticulously.
• Automate test cases using scripting and migrate existing tests to high‑performance systems.

Required profile
