Stock Analyst

About the role

City Walk Kenya is seeking a proactive Stock Analyst to support its expanding retail network. The role focuses on monitoring inventory flow, analysing stock performance and ensuring optimal product availability across branches in Westlands and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily inventory movements and reconcile stock records across multiple locations.
• Analyse stock performance metrics to identify trends, excesses and shortages.
• Collaborate with procurement and store teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory turnover, ageing and forecast accuracy.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and warehouse management systems.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in stock analysis, inventory management, supply chain or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation and stock analysis.
• Retail or FMCG background is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Familiarity with warehouse or inventory control systems.
