Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment performance across assigned East African markets.
• Deliver consultative counselling aligned with Canadian academic standards.
• Identify, onboard and manage high‑calibre recruitment agencies.
• Elevate agent performance through active coaching and monitoring.
• Build relationships with counsellors at top private and international schools.
• Represent the institution at premium recruitment events and school visits.
• Support and coordinate official visits from Canadian partners.
• Provide market intelligence and performance reporting.
• Contribute to regional strategy beyond execution.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑ups, data tracking, and conversion processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of measurable international student recruitment experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and accountability.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High ownership mentality and willingness to travel regionally.
• Familiarity with the African education landscape is a plus.
