About the role

We are looking for qualified and passionate trainers to join Riccati Business College’s Nairobi campus. The role involves delivering instruction across a range of vocational and academic programmes, including hospitality, business accounting, beauty therapy, ICT, nursing, plumbing and electrical engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver learner‑centred lessons for assigned subjects.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments and practical training sessions.
• Utilise digital teaching tools and modern learning methods to enhance student engagement.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to college activities, continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant diploma or certificate with strong industry experience accepted.
• Demonstrated teaching or training experience in the relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics and high‑quality training.
• Ability to conduct hands‑on practical sessions for technical and trade courses.
