About the role
Team Leader – Agrifinance will lead agri‑financing operations and drive team performance at our Litein branch. The role requires overseeing credit analysis, managing client relationships in the agricultural sector, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Certified Specialist in Credit Analysis – Level 1 or Level 2.
- 2‑5 years of experience in agri‑financing or a related financial services role.
- Based on‑site in Litein, Kenya.
