Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development and experimentation of AI‑powered learning products at African Leadership X. You will work closely with engineering, data, and learning teams to build a pipeline of beta learners and validate product ideas through rigorous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a repeatable pipeline of beta learners, coordinating internal teams to ensure a steady flow of participants.
• Instrument AI products in partnership with the LLMOps Engineer, capturing evaluation data for analysis.
• Own the experiment loop: define hypotheses, design experiments, measure cycle time, review data, validate UX, and ship improvements.
• Recruit and coordinate real users for beta programmes, managing stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Scientific mindset with a strong understanding of what experiments can and cannot prove.
• Comfortable tackling “how would you get 50 beta learners in two weeks with no budget?” type challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize uncertainties, and drive decisions based on data.
